Watermelon and Mozzarella Caprese

Ingredients

1 small seedless watermelon

16 ounces small mozzarella balls

4-6 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Preparation

01Use a melon baller to scoop out small rounds of watermelon and set aside in a large bowl.
02Pat dry each of the small mozzarella balls and set aside in a bowl.
03Fill up the skewers by alternating the watermelon and mozzarella.
04Place the skewers on a long dish and drizzle the balsamic glaze atop.
