Tzatziki Dip

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 Kirby cucumber, finely diced or shredded

2 tablespoon chopped dill

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 lemon, juiced

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


01In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, cucumber, dill, garlic, and lemon. Season with salt and pepper and serve in a chilled bowl.
