These Tropical Mango Lassi Ice Pops are the perfect cold treat for the hot summer season. It’s a simple recipe using mangoes, yogurt, and spices that results in delectable ice pops with a sweet and tropical flavors. To make the ice pops, simply combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Then you will be able to enjoy after they chill in the freezer for 8 to 10 hours!
2-3 cups fresh ripe mangoes, diced
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon Saffron
2-3 tablespoons sugar (optional)
01Add the diced mango pieces, sea salt and 1/2 teaspoon saffron into a blender. Add sugar if desired. Blend until pureed.
02Add the remaining saffron into all the Popsicle molds.
03Pour the mixture into the molds. Put in the sticks and seal it as per the instructions of your mold.
