10 small (4 ounce) disposable cups

1 cup fresh strawberries

1 cup fresh raspberries

2 cups Cabot Vanilla Bean Low-fat Greek Yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

10 wooden popsicle/craft sticks

Preparation

01Arrange cups in shallow pan and set aside.
02Combine fresh fruit, Greek yogurt and honey in a blender/food processor. Blend for 1-2 minutes, or until smooth.
03Fill each cup about ¾ of the way with the mixture to allow room for it to expand.
04Freeze for about ½ hour, then insert wooden popsicle sticks once popsicles are more solidified.
05Freeze for about 2 hours more or until firm. Remove popsicles from pan and place in zip-close plastic bag until ready to serve.
