01In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, brown beef for 10 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in 1 cup shredded cheese and 1/4 cup salsa until blended and remove from heat.
02In a large bowl, toss together salad greens, tomatoes, black beans and remaining cheese and salsa.
03To serve, place ground beef on the bottom of a platter and top with salad mixture.
