Ingredients

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1½ pounds ground beef, browned and drained of excess fat

1 (16-ounce) jar salsa con queso (soft cheese)

1 (16-ounce) jar salsa (mild or hot according to your taste)

2 (8-ounce) packages shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

01Preheat oven to 350°F.
02In two 9-inch pie pans or a 9x14 glass baking dish, evenly layering the cream cheese, beef, salsa con queso, salsa, and cheddar cheese.
03Bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until bubbly and warmed through.
04Serve with tortilla chips.
