Roasted Red Pepper Yogurt Dip

1 (12-ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained

2 (8-ounce) containers low-fat plain yogurt

1 can (4-ounce) chopped green chilies, drained

1 garlic clove, minced

Assorted cut vegetables

Pita bread, cut into wedges


01In food processor or blender; puree red peppers, drain again.
02Add yogurt, chilies, and garlic; mix until blended and refrigerate.
03Serve with assorted cut vegetables or pita wedges.
