Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup milk

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1 cup canned unsweetened pumpkin puree

3 tablespoons pure maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Garnish: whipped cream

Preparation

01In a blender, combine milk, cottage cheese, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
