01In a saucepan, combine milk, pumpkin, and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until steaming. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and pumpkin pie spice.
02Transfer mixture to a blender and process for approximately 15 seconds until foamy.
03Pour into 2 mugs. Add half of the espresso or coffee into each mug. Optional: top with whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
