1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Pinch kosher salt
Preparation
01In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar and maple syrup together with electric mixer until smooth. Add pumpkin, cinnamon, vanilla and salt and beat until combined.
02Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Spread on bagels or toast, or serve as a dip with fruit and pretzels.
