1 (4-8 pound) half ham, fully cooked (bone-in or boneless)
Preparation
01Combine bourbon, butter, syrup and cinnamon in a small saucepan over medium heat. While mixture heats and butter melts, whisk together water and cornstarch in small bowl.
02Whisk cornstarch mixture into saucepan and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer until thickened.
03Cook ham in oven or rotisserie in desired method. (Note: general cured and cooked ham cook time is approximately 20 minutes for every pound at 275 degrees).
04Brush glaze over ham during last 30 minutes of cooking time.
05* Tip: Glaze can be made up to 1 day ahead. If made-ahead, reheat before brushing onto ham.
