Berry Yogurt Bark

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

32 ounces vanilla Greek yogurt

1 cup blueberries

3/4 cup granola

Preparation

01Line a 15-inch by 10-inch baking sheet with wax paper.
02Spread the yogurt onto baking sheet. Top with fresh blueberries and granola. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
03Remove from the freezer and let it stand for 5 minutes. Remove wax paper and break the bark into pieces.
