Ingredients

4 cups water

1 1/2 cups long-grain white rice

2 cinnamon sticks, plus more for garnish

2 cups milk

1/2 cup sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Preparation

01Combine water, rice and cinnamon in blender. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes. Transfer to an airtight container, or bowl covered with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 8 hours to steep.
02Strain rice mixture into large pitcher. Stir in milk, sugar and vanilla until combined. Serve in glasses filled with ice. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and enjoy.
