8 flour tortillas
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
01Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium high.
02Place one tortilla in the pan and top with one quarter of the cheese and chicken.
03Place a second tortilla on top. Once the bottom tortilla is crisped and brown, flip the quesadilla over and brown the other side.
04 Transfer to a plate and continue with the remaining tortillas, cheese and chicken.
05Serve salsa, sour cream and guacamole on top or on the side.
