Ingredients

1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 (10 ounces) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 (8 ounces) container low-fat plain yogurt

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/4 cup green onion, chopped

1 garlic clove, minced

2 tablespoons red pepper, chopped

Breadsticks and assorted crackers

Preparation

01Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
02In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except red pepper and mix well.
03Pour mixture into a 1-quart casserole dish or 9-inch pie plate.
04Bake dip for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and sprinkle with red peppers.
