Ingredients

12 ounces bacon

8 ounces cream cheese

16 ounces sour cream

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

4 scallions, sliced thin

Preparation

01 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
02In a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat, add bacon in a single layer. Cook approximately 2-3 minutes per side until brown to desired crispness. Place on paper towel lined plate and allow to cool.
03Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, mustard powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Crumble bacon and mix into bowl. Place mixture into casserole or baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
04 Garnish with scallions and serve with chips, pita bread, and vegetables.
