About Tandoori Paneer Kebabs

These skewers of marinated paneer are a vegetarian’s dream. The star of the dish is the paneer, a soft and creamy Indian cheese. Threaded onto skewers with colorful bell peppers and onions, the marinated paneer is then cooked to perfection, creating a symphony of smoky, spicy, and tangy flavors in every bite. Whether you’re a vegetarian, a tandoori aficionado, or simply seeking a delicious and visually stunning dish for your next barbecue or gathering, these Tandoori Paneer Kebabs are a must-try.

Ingredients

16 ounces paneer (fresh cheese), cubed

2 bell peppers

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 tablespoons tandoori powder

1/4 tablespoons pepper

1/4 tablespoon salt

1/2 tablespoon brown sugar

Preparation

01Preheat the oven to 400 F,
02Cut the paneer into 1 1/2 inch cubes and the bell peppers into 1 inch pieces.
03In a medium bowl, add in the paneer, bell peppers and olive oil so the paneer and bell pepper pieces are well coated.

05Place a wire pan on top of a baking sheet.
06Add the paneer cubes and bell pepper pieces onto 4 skewer sticks, alternating the pieces.
07Cook the kebabs for 10 minutes, turning once half-way.
