01Cut kielbasa into 1” pieces and broil on a foil-lined pan for 4 mins. Turn kielbasa over and broil for an additional 3 to 4 minutes so they are caramelized and browned on both sides. Alternatively, you can grill the sausage on a hot grill.
02Drain peppers and slice into ½” wide strips. In a small bowl combine honey and hot sauce.
03Roll a pepper strip and thread it onto a skewer. Add a cheese curd, gently sliding it onto the skewer, then add a piece of kielbasa. Repeat for all 20 skewers.
04Drizzle spicy honey over skewers and garnish with parsley. Serve hot or room temperature with remaining honey.
