1 (13.8-ounce) tube refrigerated pizza crust
4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
6 large eggs
2 tablespoons whole milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
