Rum Cherry Cheesecake Float

Ingredients

3 cups heavy cream

2 tablespoons sugar

2 cups pitted frozen cherries

2 cups white rum

1 cup milk

1 cup cream cheese

1 quart vanilla ice cream, divided

3 cups cream soda, divided

6 maraschino cherries

Preparation

01Whisk heavy cream and sugar together in large bowl until stiff peaks form. Set aside for topping floats.
02Place cherries, rum, milk and cream cheese in a blender. Blend, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth, about 1 minute.
03Divided cherry mixture between 8 pint glasses. Fill each glass with 2 scoops of ice cream. Top off each glass evenly with soda. Top with whipped cream and maraschino cherries. Serve and enjoy.
