4 slices sourdough bread

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

Sweet combinations:

Strawberries + mini chocolate chips

Blueberries + walnuts + honey

Orange slices + raspberries + pistachios

Banana slices + almonds + honey

Figs + walnuts + honey

Apples + cinnamon

Pineapple + coconut

Savory combinations

Tomato slices + basil + black pepper

Watercress (or arugula) + cherry tomatoes

Sautéed mushrooms + thyme

Pesto + walnuts

Smoked salmon + dill

Cucumber + radish


01Lightly toast bread. Use a spoon to place the ricotta cheese on the bread. Spread evenly over the slice of toast. If the ricotta cheese is too wet, drain it in small colander over a bowl. This will remove any excess liquid.
02Add toppings of your choice.
