1 (15-ounce) container of ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
Zest of 1 lemon
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup butter, softened
2 1/3 cups powdered sugar
4-8 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Food coloring or holiday sprinkles (optional)

The taste of cookie -great. Baking issue- cookies went flat immediately. I added a bit more flour & chilled dough-it didn’t help. If you make them, don’t use oversize on scoop. The smaller you make them, the better...Read More
