About Red, White, and Blue Yogurt Pops

These festive yogurt pops are the perfect healthy and refreshing way to cool off on a hot summer day!  They are also a great way to get your kids to eat their yogurt. You can use any brand of yogurt that you like. Once you have your yogurt and fruit, simply layer it into popsicle molds and freeze. Once they’re frozen, you can enjoy anywhere and anytime!

 

Ingredients for Red Layer

2 cups strawberries, hulled

1 tablespoon honey

Ingredients for Blue Layer

1 cup blueberries

1 tablespoon honey

Ingredients for White Layer

2 cups vanilla yogurt

Preparation

01Working with one color at a time, puree each set of ingredients, for the red and blue layers, in blender or food processor until smooth.
02Pour blueberry layer evenly into each popsicle mold. Freeze for 30 minutes until set.
03Pour 2 heaping tablespoons of the white layer into each popsicle mold. Insert popsicle sticks into each popsicle mold. Freeze for 30 minutes until set.
04Pour 2 heaping tablespoons of the red layer into each popsicle mold. Freeze for 30 minutes until set. Repeat layers, filling each popsicle mold 3/4 full.
05Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid. Serve and enjoy.
