01Working with one color at a time, puree each set of ingredients, for the red and blue layers, in blender or food processor until smooth.
02Pour blueberry layer evenly into each popsicle mold. Freeze for 30 minutes until set.
03Pour 2 heaping tablespoons of the white layer into each popsicle mold. Insert popsicle sticks into each popsicle mold. Freeze for 30 minutes until set.
04Pour 2 heaping tablespoons of the red layer into each popsicle mold. Freeze for 30
minutes until set. Repeat layers, filling each popsicle mold 3/4 full.
05Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid. Serve and enjoy.
