01On a plate, flatten the biscuit dough using your hands. Place the biscuit dough in a microwave-safe 12-ounce mug so it covers the bottom and press it slightly up the sides. Poke the dough with a fork a couple times. Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
02Spoon the sauce over the partially cooked biscuit, then top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
03Place a paper towel on top of the mug and microwave on high again, about 45 to 60 seconds more, until the cheese is melted and the biscuit is cooked through.
04Let the mug pizza cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
