Leftover Ham and Cheese Pull-Apart Sliders

Ingredients

1 package of 12 Hawaiian dinner rolls

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup cranberry sauce

1 pound baked ham, sliced 1/4”-1/2” thick

8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 teaspoons dijon mustard

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced

2 teaspoons poppy seeds

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation

01Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly coat 9”x13” baking dish with butter. Without separating individual rolls, cut entire pack of rolls in half. Place bottom half of rolls in prepared baking dish.
02Combine mayonnaise and cranberry sauce in small bowl. Spread cranberry mayo on bottom half of rolls. Cut ham into 12 smaller pieces and arrange over rolls. Top ham with layer of Swiss cheese. Carefully place top half of rolls over cheese without separating rolls.
03Whisk together butter, mustard, garlic, parsley, poppy seeds and salt. Brush butter mixture over top rolls. Cover baking dish with foil and baked for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake additional 3-5 minutes until rolls are golden and cheese is melted.
04Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes before serving. To serve, pull sandwiches apart.
