Ingredients

7 springs fresh mint

1 English cucumber, diced into 1/2-inch pieces

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1/3 cup finely chopped fresh dill

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

3 cups plain yogurt

Salt to taste

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil (optional)

Preparation

01Remove mint leaves from the stems and chop finely.
02In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except salt and olive oil. Add salt to taste.
03Garnish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and serve.
