Kefir Papaya Bubble Tea

Ingredients for Tea

1 cup chopped papaya

1 cup chopped mango

2 1/4 cups full-fat plain kefir

2 cups ice cubes

4 teaspoons honey

Ingredients for Topping

1 cup cooked tapioca pearls

4 teaspoons full-fat plain kefir

3/4 cup mashed papaya, split portions in half

4 teaspoons honey


01Add the papaya, mango, kefir, ice and honey into a blender.
02Blend for approximately 30 seconds or until it reaches a smooth consistency.
03Place the cooked tapioca on the bottom of 4 empty cups or small glasses.
04Spread 1 teaspoon of kefir on top of the tapioca in each glass, and then pour in the blended mixture.
05Top the glasses off with mashed papaya and honey. Serve immediately.
