1 cup milk

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

2 pears

4 dates

2 tablespoons almond butter

Pinch ground cloves

Preparation

01In a blender, combine milk, yogurt, pears, dates, almond butter, cloves. Blend over high speed until smooth.Serve Immediately.
