Ingredients

1 cup Gouda cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar

8 ounces cream cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

2 diced jalapeños

1/2 cup bacon bits

1 cup breadcrumbs

Tortilla chips

Preparation

01Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly coat cast Iron skillet or baking dish with olive oil cooking spray.
02In a bowl, combine the Gouda cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, jalapenos, and bacon bits.
03Place mixture in prepared pan and top with the breadcrumbs. Bake for about 20 – 25 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips on the side.
