Ingredients for Pizza Dough

16 ounces prepared pizza dough, white or whole wheat

Flour for dusting

Olive oil

Ingredients for Four Cheese Pizza

4 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese

3/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded

3/4 cup of ricotta cheese

4 tablespoons grated asiago or parmesan cheese

Fresh basil leaves

Toppings for Grilled Pizza

1 cup pizza sauce

6 ounces provolone cheese, thinly sliced

1/2 pound cooked asparagus

4 slices prosciutto, thinly sliced

Instructions for Making a Pizza on the Grill

01Preheat grill. Divide pizza dough into 4 balls and place on a surface dusted with flour. Roll out each ball of dough into 8 inch circles.
02Brush grill rack with olive oil. Place pizzas on grill and cook for 5 minutes. Turn pizza dough over and add toppings. Cover grill and bake approximately 10 minutes until golden brown.
03Note: to prepare without a grill, use a grill pan and oven. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Heat grill pan over medium-high heat and spray with olive oil. Place pizza on grill pan and cook for 5 minutes. Turn pizza over and place on pizza stone, pizza pan, or baking sheet. Add toppings and bake approximately 10 minutes until golden brown. Repeat with 3 remaining circles of dough.
