Cheese and Egg Breakfast Wrap

1/2 cup salsa

1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

4 (8-inch) whole-wheat, flour tortillas

Preparation

01In a large bowl, combine scrambled eggs, salsa, and cheese; toss lightly to blend.
02Place one-fourth egg mixture down the center of each tortilla. Fold tortillas closed.
03Place 1 filled tortilla on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high power for 30 to 40 seconds or until hot and cheese is melted; repeat with remaining filled tortillas and serve.
