Creamy Papaya Protein Shake

Ingredients

1 cup milk

1/2 of a large papaya, peeled and seeded

1/4 cup unsalted almonds

1 tablespoon Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 to 6 large ice cubes

Preparation

01Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
02Pour into a cup and serve immediately.
