1 cup long grain rice

2 cups water

1 tsp salt

3 cups milk 2%

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 tbsp vanilla paste

1 vanilla bean pod

2 cinnamon stick (cinnamon garnish)


01Cook rice in 2 cups of water for 15-20 minutes until water evaporates, add salt, cinnamon stick, and a vanilla pod.
02Once water is evaporated, add milk and allow to simmer for about 25 minutes, stirring constantly until desired consistency is reached.
03Once done, stir in vanilla bean paste then remove from heat. Serve warm or chilled, garnish with cinnamon powder.
