Coconut Chiller

1 cup milk

1 cup pineapple sherbet (or coconut sorbet)

1/2 cup canned or fresh crushed pineapple

1/2 teaspoon coconut extract

Fresh pineapple spears (optional)


01Place milk, sherbet, pineapple, and coconut extract in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
02Garnish with pineapple spears, if desired.
