01Beat the cocoa powder into the honey a small amount at a time to prevent dry lumps from forming. When the mixture is smooth and thick, beat in the hot water and vanilla. Refrigerate to cool.
02Heat the milk in a large pot over medium heat until it starts to boil. The milk will start to rise up the sides of the pot. Be careful not to let the hot milk spill over. Remove the pot from the heat and using a whisk, electric mixer or immersion blender whip the milk until it is light and foamy. Spoon off some of this foam into a small bowl and set it aside.
03Return the remaining milk to the heat and stir in the strawberry jam. Over low heat stir the milk and jam until the jam is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Pour the warm strawberry steamer into a tall glass or large cup. Top with some of the reserved foam and drizzle the prepared chocolate sauce on top.
