1 cup whole milk

3 cups cherry-vanilla ice cream (Cherry Garcia or Cherry Vanilla)

3 tablespoons malted milk powder

2 tablespoons cherry syrup, divided use

3 ginger snap cookies

Maraschino cherries, with stems


01Place ginger cookies in a zip lock bag and seal it. Use a heavy glass or rolling pin to smash the cookies into crumbs. Transfer to a plate.
02Use a pastry brush or silicone brush to paint the rims of serving glasses with 1 tablespoon cherry syrup. Dip the edges of the glasses into the cookie crumble to rim the glasses.
03In a blender cup, add milk, ice cream, malted milk and 1 tablespoon cherry syrup. Blend on high until smooth. Pour drink into rimmed glasses and top with whipped cream, more ginger cookies, and maraschino cherries.
