Buffalo Chicken Sliders

1 rotisserie chicken, shredded

1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded

1/2 cup 3-pepper blend cheese, shredded

2 tablespoons chives

1/4 cup hot sauce

2 tablespoons minced garlic

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons garlic powder

2 tablespoons onion powder

2 tablespoons cracked black pepper

12 Hawaiian rolls

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup butter, softened

1 tablespoon parsley

1 tablespoon parmesan, finely grated


01In a bowl combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup 3-pepper cheese, chives, hot sauce, minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper. Mix well until combined and set aside.
02Preheat the oven to 350 F.
03Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the 12 bottom halves on a baking dish. Set the 12 top halves aside.
04Spread 1/4 cup of the ranch dressing evenly across the rolls on the pan and place the buffalo chicken mixture on top.
05Top the buffalo chicken mixture with the remaining mozzarella and 3-pepper cheese.
06In a small bowl, heat the butter in the microwave for 12 seconds. Add in the parsley, parmesan, and remaining garlic powder and mix well.
07Place the top halves of the rolls on the sliders to complete assembly.
08Spread the melted garlic butter atop the sliders and bake for 10-15 minutes.
09Serve and enjoy!
