01Place chocolate sauce on small plate. Press rims of 4 mugs into chocolate sauce. Set aside.
02Whisk cream cheese and sugar together in large bowl until smooth. While whisking vigorously, slowly pour in 1/2 cup heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside for topping hot chocolate.
03Combine milk, remaining heavy cream, white chocolate chips, brown sugar, cocoa powder and red food coloring in medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring often until hot and combined, about 5 minutes.
04Divided hot chocolate between prepared mugs. Top with whipped cream mixture and sprinkles. Serve immediately and enjoy.
