Ingredients

4 cups yogurt

4 sprigs fresh mint, leaves removed from stems.

2 cups ice cubes

1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

01Add all ingredients to a blender, blend and mix until smooth.
02Adjust salt to taste. Ayran should be slightly salty and tangy.
03Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
