02Slice the zucchini into 1/4-inch-thick rounds. Place the zucchini rounds, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Toss to combine.
03Place the zucchini rounds in an even layer in an air-fryer basket or tray. Sprinkle half the Parmesan cheese on top. Air-fry for 5 minutes.
04Open the air fryer and flip the zucchini, then sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on the other side. Close the air fryer and cook for another 5 minutes. The zucchini rounds are ready when the Parmesan cheese is golden-brown and the edges of the zucchini are crisp.
05While the zucchini cooks, in a small bowl mix together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, and garlic powder. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with zucchini Parmesan crisps.
