Ingredients

3/4 cup unsalted butter, plus more for greasing

1 1/4 cup bittersweet chocolate chips

2 large eggs, plus 2 large egg yolks

1/3 cup, plus 2 tablespoons sugar, divided

1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract, divided

1/3 cup all-purpose flour

1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

2 cups yogurt

1/4 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup peppermint candies, crushed

Preparation

01Grease 4 (6-ounce) ramekins with butter. Place butter and chocolate in small microwave-safe glass bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Beat eggs, egg yolks, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract in separate medium bowl until light and fluffy. Add flour, salt and chocolate mixture to egg mixture and fold together until combined. Pour batter into prepared ramekins, filling halfway.
02Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Working in batches, carefully place ramekins into air fryer. Cook for 7 to 9 minutes until top is just set, but cake slightly jiggles.
03Meanwhile, whisk yogurt, heavy cream, remaining sugar and remaining peppermint extract together in large bowl until soft peaks form.
04Run knife around edge of cakes and invert onto serving plates. Top cakes with peppermint candy yogurt mixture. Serve warm and enjoy.
