01Crush all the Oreo cookies in a food processor and set aside.
02In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and sugar together until it forms a smooth texture.
03In a separate bowl, whisk together the chocolate milk and pudding until thickened.
04Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture. Add the Cool Whip and mix until combined well.
05Spread a layer of the Oreo mix into an 8×12 pan. Top it with a layer of the cream cheese pudding mixture. Repeat and alternate the layers until the top-most layer has crushed Oreos.
06Cover and refrigerate the cake for a few hours or overnight.
07Decorate as desired with Halloween cookies and candy before serving.
