01Pour chocolate milk into a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
02Add cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and sugar, then remove from heat for 10 minutes.
03After spices have steeped into the milk, reheat the mixture to a very low heat and add chocolate chunks, stirring occasionally until melted (approximately 3 to 5 minutes).
04Carefully pour mixture through a metal strainer to remove spices.
05Add vanilla to strained liquid.
06Pour into 6 mugs and top off with whipped cream.
