01In a saucepan heat the milk and espresso on medium heat until hot.
02Add the peppermint extract, cocoa powder, and sugar. Stir well.
03On a small plate, pour 6 tablespoons of the dark chocolate syrup. On a separate small plate, pour sprinkles of choice. To rim the mugs decoratively, dip each mug into the plate with the syrup first, followed by the plate with the sprinkles.
04Mix in 2 teaspoons of the dark chocolate syrup and serve in mugs.
05Top it off with marshmallows, and drizzle with dark chocolate syrup if desired.
