About Two Cheese Sautéed Spinach Couscous

For a fresh and hearty side dish, this two-cheese sautéed spinach couscous offers a perfect balance of flavors. Fluffy couscous serves as the base, layered with tender sautéed spinach, juicy Italian-style tomatoes, and a blend of sharp cheddar and Parmesan cheese. The red onions and garlic bring a savory depth, while fresh basil adds a pop of brightness. This dish is both comforting and light, ideal for any meal.

1 tablespoon water

1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh basil for garnish
