Ingredients

8-ounces Swiss cheese, shredded

2 tablespoons flour

1 cup dry white wine

3/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

2 tablespoons brandy(optional)Dash ground nutmeg

Dash black pepper

Preparation

01Toss cheese with flour; set aside.
02 In medium saucepan over medium heat, mix wine and tomatoes bring just to a boil. Reduce heat to low.
03Stirring constantly, gradually add cheese mixture, allowing cheese to melt before adding more cheese.
04Bring just to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in brandy, nutmeg and pepper.
05Transfer to small heat-proof bowl or fondue pot placed over warming burner to serve.
06Serve as a dip with breadsticks.
