Ingredients for Pull Apart Bread

1 lb shaved chicken

1/2 tbs cumin

1/2 tbs zaatar

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Lemon juice

Salt, pepper, additional garlic powder to taste

1/2 red onion, sliced

Handful of cherry tomatoes, chopped

1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough

1 tbs butter

1 egg, beaten

While and black sesame seeds

Ingredients for Yogurt Dipping Sauce

1 cup full fat yogurt

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp zaatar

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp olive oil

Zest and Juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation

01Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
02Season sliced tomatoes and onions with salt, pepper, and garlic and slick on oven for about 20 minutes while prepping chicken.
03Mix shaved chicken with cumin, zaatar, paprika, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add to a skillet over medium heat and cook for about 6 minutes, until cooked all the way through.
04Add cooked chicken, tomatoes, and onions to a bowl, and crumble in 1/2 block of feta, adding additional feta if desired. Set aside.
05Add a couple spoonfuls of white sesame seeds to a small bowl, and do the same for black sesame seeds in a separate bowl.
06Cut each biscuit in half. Flatten one at a time, add a spoonful of shawarma mixture, and pinch closed.
07Brush one half of dough ball with beaten egg, and then dip egg-side down into white or black sesame seeds. Add to circular dish.
08Repeat until the circular dish is full of dough balls, being careful to alternate black and white sesame toppings to make a soccer ball design in the dish. You should have about 24 white sesame seed dough balls, and 12 black ones.
09Bake for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown and cooked all the way through.
10While bread is cooking, make yogurt dipping sauce by mixing together the yogurt, spices, olive oil, lemon zest and lemon juice.
11When bread is done, take out of the oven and let cool before serving with yogurt dipping sauce.
