1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend (Mozzarella, Asiago, Romano, Blue Cheese, Parmesan, Provolone, Fontina)
1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese crumbles (optional)
1 egg, beaten
01Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02Take one ball of dough and roll out with a rolling pin to 8 by 12 inches. Note that dough needs to be thin enough to cook through properly.
03Spread 1/4 cup pizza sauce over top of dough leaving a one-inch boarder around the edges. Sprinkle cheese evenly across the dough.
04Starting at the long side of the dough, roll up the dough tightly. Seal the ends by brushing water and pinching the dough together. Brush entire length of pizza roll-up with egg. Repeat with second ball of dough.
05Bake 30-45 minutes until outside of dough is golden brown.
06Remove from oven and allow to cool 10 to 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining pizza sauce for dipping.
