Sea Salt Caramel Apple Baked Brie

1 (16.9 ounce) wheel Brie cheese

1 tablespoon butter

2 apples peeled and chopped (can slice additional apples for dipping/garnish)

3 tablespoons sea salt caramel sauce, divided

Sliced baguette or crackers for serving


01Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and place Brie on a parchment-lined baking pan.
02When oven is preheated, bake Brie for 10 minutes.
03While the Brie bakes, heat butter in small saucepan over medium heat.
04Sautee apples in butter for 3 minutes, mix in 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce.
05Remove Brie from the oven, top with caramel apple mixture, and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
06Heat remaining tablespoon of caramel in a microwave-safe dish for 10 seconds and drizzle over Brie as desired.
07Let sit for 10 minutes to cool and serve with sliced baguette or apples.
