Baked until bubbly and golden, then topped with fresh basil or a drizzle of olive oil, it’s simple yet impressive. Ingredients

4 pieces of naan (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup pesto

8 ounces burrata cheese (2 large balls, torn into pieces)

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Optional: red pepper flakes, balsamic glaze drizzle

Preparation

01Preheat oven to 425 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02Place the naans on the baking sheet and spread about 2-3 tablespoons of pesto over each piece of naan, leaving a small border.
03Sprinkle parmesan cheese on each and top with cherry tomatoes and a drizzle of olive oil.
04Lightly season with salt and pepper.
05Bake for 8 - 10 minutes, or until the naan edges are crisp and the cheese is melted.
06Remove from the oven and immediately top each naan with torn pieces of burrata (about 2 ounces per naan). The residual heat will slightly melt the burrata, creating that creamy, luxurious texture.
07Sprinkle with extra shaved Parmesan, a few fresh basil leaves, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze or red pepper flakes if you want a kick.
